1. Service Provider Identity

2. Nature of Services Provided
The services provided may include:
Coaching, NLP Sessions, Mentoring, Workshops & Trainings, Online Courses, Group Personal Development Programs.
All services are educational and developmental in nature.
They do not constitute:
psychotherapy, psychiatric or medical services, diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders, legal or financial advice.
The client remains solely responsible for their personal decisions.
3. Participation Requirements
By purchasing or participating in any service, the client declares that:
they are in a mental and physical condition suitable for participation, they assume personal responsibility for the application of techniques provided, participation does not replace medical or psychological treatment.
If the participant is under psychiatric or psychological care, prior consultation with the treating professional is recommended.
4. Bookings & Payments
Session or program bookings may be completed via:
online booking systems, email communication, electronic payments, bank transfer, or other available payment methods.
Participation in a program is secured only upon payment confirmation.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Individual Sessions
Cancellation up to 5 hours prior → no charge.
No-show or cancellation within 5 hours → session charged in full.
Educational Programs / Workshops
Cancellation up to 7 days prior → full refund of deposit or total amount paid.
Later cancellation → deposit is non-refundable; participation may be transferred to a future date.
The Provider reserves the right to change program dates for organizational reasons.
6. Online Sessions & Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for:
stable internet connection, appropriate technical equipment, ensuring privacy during the session.
The Provider is not responsible for technical issues originating from the participant’s side.
7. Session Confidentiality
All sessions are treated as confidential.
Exceptions apply only when:
disclosure is required by law, or there is risk of serious harm to the client or third parties.
8. Intellectual Property of Educational Material
All provided materials (including PDFs, videos, exercises, frameworks, methods, etc.):
remain the intellectual property of the Provider, are intended strictly for personal use.
The following are strictly prohibited without written permission:
reproduction, resale, public distribution, teaching or commercial use of the material.
9. Results Disclaimer
The Provider does not guarantee specific results.
Outcomes depend on:
participant commitment, personal implementation, external factors beyond the Provider’s control.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall not be liable for:
clients’ personal decisions, financial choices, business actions, life changes resulting from the application of provided knowledge.
All services are provided “as is.”
11. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal data processing complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Full name, Email address, Phone number, Payment information, Participation history, Contact details.
Processing Purposes
service delivery, booking management, communication, newsletter distribution (upon consent), accounting and legal obligations.
